Post-natal

After the births of my own children I regularly attended Nadia Narain’s very popular Mummy and Me classes at triyoga. I loved my weekly fix as did my babies. With Nadia’s blessing and tutorship, and further training with Birthlight, I started to teach the classes myself.

These sessions are fun, if a little noisy at times. A safe, nurturing environment that provides emotional and physical support to each of the mums.

The class centres around gentle stretches and postures that release the regular parental tensions; sore neck, shoulders and back. We work on rediscovering and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. And the babies take part too with some of the gentle stretches and poses.
