In this in-person Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with myself, Joyce McMiken and guest teacher Dr Andrew McGonigle, you will deepen your own practice and learn how to skilfully teach restorative yoga, how to set-up, modify, work creatively with props, adjust postures and make them accessible.
You will learn what makes restorative yoga such a powerful practice, exploring the effects of restorative yoga on the nervous system and its ability to help combat anxiety and stress and improve physical and mental health. The training will explore how the practice can help us to listen deeply to uncover our true nature and how we as teachers can help facilitate this.
