I am qualified by Yoga Alliance to teach young people yoga. I studied with Susannah Hoffman at triyoga in 2014 & have undertaken a Teen Yoga training with Charlotta Martinus who is the Founder of  The Teen Yoga Foundation.  I work with kids and teenagers who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally overloaded by the pressures of modern life. Many young people come to me feeling anxious, overstimulated, and disconnected from themselves. I offer a calm, supportive space where they can slow down, settle their nervous systems, and begin to feel safer in their bodies.

My approach is gentle and grounding, drawing on my background as a yoga teacher and my wider training in holistic health and nervous-system support. My sessions offer simple practices to reduce stress, and space to rest and be heard without judgement.  This may include somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, visualisation. 

I also offer functional nutritional therapy, providing practical and achievable dietary guidance that fits into everyday life. Functional testing may be used where helpful to explore underlying factors that could be contributing to persistent or unresolved symptoms.

At the heart of my work with young people is a belief in creating safety and ease, offering permission to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a world that often asks too much, too fast.  I have two teenage boys who went through GCSE and A Level exams in 2025, and I am learning from them every day.
