I am qualified by Yoga Alliance to teach kids yoga. I studied with Susannah Hoffman at triyoga in 2014.  And I just recently completed a Teen Yoga training with Charlotta Martinus who set up and runs The Teen Yoga Foundation.

I have taught kids from nursery age to teenage at schools in North London and yoga studios. I also helped set up the kids yoga schedule at Down to Earth, a local yoga studio in NW5.

I like to create a fun, gentle and creative environment. Yoga can help kids with co-ordination, self-awareness and self-esteem whilst stretching and strengthening not only their bodies but their minds too.

The physical benefits include good posture, core muscle strength and joint mobility whilst maintaining natural flexibility. Mental and emotional benefits include improved confidence, concentration, relaxation, calmness and clarity.

Yoga can also help ease symptoms of childhood stress and anxiety and can improve sleep patterns.
