Hatha is a broad term that encompasses any of the physical practices of yoga. It is often used to describe gentle, basic yoga classes.

My style of teaching works alongside these principles. I endeavour to make everyone feel welcome by teaching in a relaxed and nurturing space, creating a sense of community to all that attend.

Most of us start our day with a restless body and hyperactive mind. I try to encourage students to work at their own pace to ease this. It can be challenging, but through a series of gentle breathing exercises and alignment-based postures we are able to get there. Improving strength and flexibility of body and mind.
