Being pregnant is an incredible time in a woman’s life and taking part in pregnancy yoga enhances this experience.

My classes work on strengthening the body and mind to prepare for the changes that occur during pregnancy. We work on connecting with your breath and your baby, to use this special time to bond with the new life growing inside you. Embracing the changes that are happening, both physically and mentally and assist in overcoming any fears and anxiety. I help you to learn how to adapt during this special but challenging time in preparation for both childbirth and life with your new baby.

I completed my Doula training with Liliana Hammers and Michel Odent and have assisted births with my private clients.

My pregnancy classes are taught in a safe and nurturing environment which comes from my studies with Francoise Freedman, Nadia Narain and my own pregnancies.
